As we set our sights on expanding in the Nordic market, we are seeking an accomplished and ambitious Nordic Business Development Director to spearhead our growth in the region.

You will be working from our offices in Gothenburg or Stockholm and join a Nordic team experienced in state-of-the-art assessment tools.


We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as the Nordic Business Development Director, focusing on executive search, talent management, and assessment for international and cross-border Nordic companies.

Working from the perspective ‘People Excellence Through Dedication’ you will be developing and executing business development strategies to expand our HR consultancy services further across the Nordic region.

And your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and leading strategic business development efforts in the Nordic market for our talent management and recruitment services
  • Identify, establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders targeting international and cross-border companies
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities
  • Drive sales growth through effective negotiation, client presentations, and successful deal closures
  • Drive executive search initiatives to identify and attract top-tier talent for our clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor recruitment solutions that meet the unique needs of Nordic clients
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to enhance talent management and assessment processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices

Passion for business growth in talent management

You are a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development within the talent management and recruitment industry in the Nordic region. You have a strong understanding of the Nordic business landscape and cross-border dynamics as well as HR-practices. You possess a strong network within international and Nordic companies, specifically at the secretary level and are excellent in your ability to activate potential partners. You have a result-driven mindset and utilize your exceptional, communication and interpersonal skills when collaborating in a fast-paced environment. And you check of the requirements listed below:

  • Academic degree in business, marketing, or other related fields
  • Proficiency in English and [Nordic language(s)]
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within talent management and recruitment in the Nordic markets
