Trainees

We support you in the recruitment and assessment of trainees. Based on your requirements and wishes, we recruit and evaluate trainee candidates in all areas (international/national) that you intend to set trainees. When evaluation candidates, we use our tools for personality, motivation and ability tests as well ass role play (full assessment center). This way you see the full potential of the candidates ahead of the recruitment.
