Gjennom årene har det vært mye oppmerksomhet rundt temaet kvinnelig ledelse, og det er formulert en rekke hypoteser for å forklare hvorfor det fortsatt er så få kvinner i toppen av organisasjoner. Forskning viser dessverre at kvinner i toppledelsen fortsatt må tilpasse egen adferd for å lede slik menn leder. En artikkel verdt å lese av Hudsons egen forskningsavdeling viser at det å endre stereotyper ikke er heldig, og helt mot sin hensikt, at vi mennesker faktisk reagerer på en endret adferd hos noen vi forventer en helt annen adferd fra. Hvem har vel ikke møtt en person som prøver å lede med å være en annen enn seg selv? Det blir sjelden suksess!

I midten af August så de Københavnske gader en del anderledes ud end hvad de plejer. Nok er København en by med mange mennesker, indtryk og travlhed, og da menneskerettighedseventet Copenhagen 2021 indtog København og Malmø, lyste Danmarks hovedstad endnu mere op. Cph n 2021 malede ikke kun byen i regnbuens farver men viste også vigtigheden af og kærligheden til, at der fortsat skal være fokus på, at kampen for lige rettigheder skal kæmpes hver dag.
